Inappropriate laughter

People here laugh a lot+loudly,though there's several times when laughing doesn't seem that appropriate as it's in response to something upsetting. E.G. when someone was describing a time they were conned,when I said I missed Jon,+when there was a scene of domestic violence on TV. All of which don’t seem funny to me.
